That Beca of mine knows how to put things.
Firstly, she gets me back into jeans. Good move.
Then, months later, she gives me a HIGHLY effective compliment - about a look i didn't particularly like -- on how i cuff them. (Wide cuffs, instead of pegging them 80's style. Yes, yes, i know it's outmoded, but i like pegged jeans!)
A week and a half later, and i haven't pegged my jeans since.

The best part was that it was an entirely innocent complement on what I thought were some new jeans (as in "Hey - I loved those new jeans you were wearing!"). Apparently, they were old jeans that had simply not recieved the pegged treatment (as in "What new jeans? Huh? I haven't bought new jeans in forever. You're on crack, etc.")
Long story short: Meriko looks great in JEANS. Pegged or unpegged. :>
