We've just finished signing papers - we have made our first offer on a house, ever tonight.

and of course, if it doesn't happen... it was built on an indian burial ground anyway. where a huge colony of ants has taken up residence. and the neighbors are really kleptos who would never have returned that expensive lawnmower you just purchased and would always ring your doorbell for tech support when their aol dialup wasn't working. at 4am.
